The Performance Polymers Europe, manufacturing site in Shannon has recently been audited by the BSI and awarded the ISO 14001:2004 certification.
Gurpreet Pawar, parent company Performance Polymers Europe’s Marketing Executive told us “This Environmental Management System (EMS) is a tool that allows Shannon to identify and control the environmental impact of its activities, products or services, and to improve its environmental performance constantly. This certification to ISO 14001:2004 is part of Plexus’s commitment towards maintaining the highest possible EMS standards and as part of a major global chemicals business we have a very strong commitment to ensuring we comply with all environmental as well as quality standards.”
